Grab the kids and come help us decorate Taylor for Walk & Roll to School Day!

Join us Wednesday, October 7 starting at 5:00 PM for a fun afternoon of chalking the sidewalks around Taylor with colorful drawings,encouraging words, and positive messages for our students to see the next morning!

Come anytime after 5:00 PM and stay for as little or as long as you’d like! This is completely come-and-go, so stop by whenever it works for your family. Bring the kids and let them get creative!

Our goal is to fill the sidewalks in front of Taylor, along Gillespie Drive from the corner of Ridgeview to the front of the school, and along National Drive beside the school.

Chalk will be provided at the front of the school.

REMINDER: National Walk & Roll to School Day is Wednesday, October 7, but since that is Picture Day at Taylor, we are celebrating one day later on Thursday, October 8!

Taylor families, we have something extra fun planned for Walk & Roll to School Day!

National Walk & Roll to School Day is Wednesday, October 7, but since that is Picture Day at Taylor, WE ARE CELEBRATING ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8!

And we are adding a SURPRISE GIVEAWAY!

One lucky Taylor student will WIN a light-up scooter AND helmet, provided by Taylor PTA!

To enter, students need to complete the Promise to Street Safety pledge and bring their completed entry ticket with them on Thursday, October 8.

The Promise to Street Safety is part of the Look Out Texans traffic safety campaign from the NCTCOG Transportation Department.

Get those walking shoes, bikes, and scooters ready, Taylor! We cannot wait to see everyone walking and rolling to school! 

Lace up for Taylor PTA's biggest fundraiser of the year! Save the date for our Fun Run on Friday, October 23, during students' specials time. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to support our students, teachers, and school. Stay tuned for class and grade level prizes, donation details, and volunteer opportunities!

Skip the cooking and support Taylor! Join us Wednesday, October 28, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Chipotle, 9625 Coit Road in Plano. Taylor Elementary PTA will receive 25% of qualifying event sales!
